Ryan Pollard – Owner

I live in Eagle with my wife Karen, our two sons Carson and Jackson, and my golden retriever Callie. I grew up in Meridian, went to Meridian High School and graduated in 1997. I attended The Master’s College in Southern California and also played baseball there. I met my wife Karen in college and we got married after we graduated in 2001. We moved to San Diego and lived there for four years.

Karen and I were both teachers in San Diego. We moved to Idaho in 2005 and both found teaching jobs. Karen was an elementary teacher for the Meridian School District but currently enjoys staying home with our two boys. I taught at Nampa Christian High School for three years. I left teaching in the spring of 2008 to work on All Pro Lawn Service full time. Karen and I love to ski in the winter. We camp, hike, mountain bike, and enjoy water skiing and wakeboarding in the summer. And of course I like to watch baseball and football, especially Boise State football.

Greg Kollmann – Operations Manager

Hello, My name is Greg Kollmann. I have lived in Nampa my whole life. I graduated from Nampa High School in 1993. I have a Certificate of Biblical Studies from a small bible college in Minnesota, and I also have a associate degree in Education from Treasure Valley Community College. I have have also attended classes a Boise State University. This year I will be celebrating 10 years of marriage with my wife Amber. Together we have two wonderfully energetic children, a 7 year old boy and a 4 year old girl.

In addition to working for All-Pro Lawn Service I am also the Youth Leader for a small church in Nampa where I have the chance to work with a wonderful group of teenagers. When not working I love to be active. I love to play basketball and volleyball, and when not being active watching movies and messing around on the computer is great fun. I’m the tall guy on the crew, and I have the gift of gab so feel free to say hello anytime.

Erik Anderson – Irrigation Tech and Sales

Throughout the years I have enjoyed much that the community has to offer and in doing so I have enriched my life. Most recently I Graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Business from Northwest Nazarene University as well as a minor in Political Science. I have over 30 years’ experience in the field of landscaping and lawn care which has always been something that I have enjoyed. As a representative of the All Pro Lawn Care team I find it necessary to deliver a premium product with the kind of customer service that is exceptional.

The most enjoyable part of my job is meeting with the customer, listening to theirs wants and needs, then structuring a service contract that satisfies what they are looking for. We want to make your experience something that will keep you coming back year after year. As a proud husband and father I get the best of both worlds by having an incredible wife and son that are everything a man could dream of having. A good existence begins with a happy home and from that the rest of life falls into place. I have been blessed to have both, a job that allows me to do what I love and a family that makes each day brighter.

Taylor Jackson – Operations Manager

I live in Eagle. I graduated from Eagle High School in 2010, and have taken classes at College of Western Idaho. I love playing sports and being outdoors. I also like watching sports, especially baseball. This is my 6th year with All Pro Lawn Service.

Bruce Hankla – Spray Techncian

My name is Bruce and I have been with All Pro for 4 years. I’m a California native but for almost 14 years I have called Idaho my home. My beautiful wife Carrie and I have 6 wonderful kids together. I have 16+ years experience in full landscaping services, irrigation,snow removal, etc. I also carry an Idaho Professional Applicators license for ornamental herbicides and insecticides. In my free time, my family and I love camping, fishing and hunting and exploring Idaho.

Hi I’m Nick Ashworth. I grew up here in the Treasure Valley and love everything it has to offer. I enjoy camping, fishing and shooting as well as computer and console video games! I’ve taken a classes at BSU and hope to continue my education soon. I look forward to meeting you and making your lawn look great!

Ben Godwin – Crew Leader

My name is Ben. I have lived in Idaho for about 5 years. I moved here from Iowa, so I am enjoying the beautiful mountains of Boise. I have a beautiful girlfriend and a chocolate lab named Max. When I’m not working, I enjoy camping, cooking, barbeques, and checking out the scenery Boise has to offer. I like my bacon cooked just perfect, a little chewy.

I also enjoy a good Netflix series, prefer Twizzlers over Redvines, and Vanilla over Chocolate. I would love to help you perfect your lawn and I look forward to meeting you!

I am 24 years young from Nampa, Idaho. Been doing lawn maintenance for 4+ years. I enjoy street tacos and cruising around on a skateboard. When I’m not making grass look immaculate, I’m writing and composing music.

Richard Labrum – Crew Leader

Hello, my name is Richard. I have lived in the Treasure Valley for the last few years with my wife and our two dogs, Chia and Dottie. I love being outdoors whether it’s on the clock taking care of all your lawn care needs or up in the mountains camping at the family Garden Valley ranch and picking morel mushrooms out in the woods when they are in season. My interest and hobbies include horticulture, skateboarding, taking my dogs to the dog park and traveling around Idaho. I look forward to working with you this season!
